Flexus was assigned to plan and build the new Pirelli headquarters in Greece, a space of 750 sq.m. The waiting area, which contains common and auxiliary functions, has been placed at the entrance with a distinctive Pirelli red back wall as the central focal point. Pirelli branding and colours were used throughout the space to bring the brand identity to life, for example by highlighting certain areas with the company's distinctive tire tread patterns.

The entrance segments the space into 2 separate office spaces, that are connected by the lobby and entrance. At the same time, low partitions made of metal, wood and glass have been used so that the space has a unified feel. Some areas that required privacy have been covered with wood where appropriate.
